Joe Suppers
Joe has been in the data center industry since 1995. He has helped clients with network deployments, Colocation, sale leasebacks, site acquisitions and dispositions, identifying new market opportunities for data centers with complex real estate transactions across the USA and around the globe.
A pioneer in the data center industry, he founded NodeCom to lead the deployment of communication “nodes” across the U.S. when dial up was the only way to connect to the Internet. His first projects were with Internet Service Providers, AOL, Prodigy and CompuServe. Joe has also held corporate real estate positions where he was responsible for the real estate holdings for DuPont, General Electric Company, GE Capital and HSBC Bank. Joe is a sought-out thought leader advising on carrier hotels, large data center development and switch sites for CLECS and telecom.
